Video: J.Cole Talks About Friendly Competition With Kendrick Lamar

March 1, 2013  |  Interviews, Videos

Continuing his conversation with MTV, J.Cole speaks a little bit about the highly anticipated collaborative album with Kendrick Lamar. He lets us know that they have material in the stash and we will definitely get to hear it, even if it is in the form of an EP. Cole also touches on the friendly competition that exists between them and assures us that we will be getting quality work.

Finally, he talks about how difficult it is to put out a joint project, especially from the business side of things. Im still waiting on that ‘Temptations’ record they previewed 2 years ago.
