Jay Electronica & Stic.man Respond To Nas Ghostwriting Allegations

Yesterday, the internet world was shocked when word spread that Nas had used Jay Electronica and Stic.man of Dead Prez as ghostwriters for his “Untitled” LP. Author and journalist Dream Hampton kicked things off on Twitter with the following tweet:

She also mentioned that she had heard 6 reference tracks. After that, FMWJ made a post and stated that Jay Electronica had called him and told him about writing for Nas.

Last week during his interview with Big Boy, Nas stated that he has never used any ghostwriters. He has yet to respond to these new allegations. Jay Electronica and Stic.man took to their respective Twitter and Facebook accounts to address the situation.

Update: Stic.man spoke to VIBE and denied the ghostwriting allegations. He also gave some details about the recording process. Check it out here.
