Earlier today, rumors spread that Max B’s appeal had been denied and that he would remain in jail until 2042. HipHopConnection have spoken to Max B and reveal that the rumors are not true. All the paperwork on his behalf for the appeal has been filed by his lawyers, but there is no word back just yet from the courts.
Amalgam Digital’s CEO says the official word will be in April.
